Death Valley National Park

Death Valley National Park, where they ain’t lyin..feels like death 😂 HOT. We kept calling it the devils asshole because well..🔥
We visited Dante’s View first which had an entire view of Death Valley. It was quite high. Then went to the sand dunes where I kept asking Tim, “How did this get here” because it was like fine sand you would find on a beach, not in the middle of a desert?
Then went to Badwater Basin and stepped on literal salt (yes i did taste it because I really didn’t believe Tim when he said it’s like salt you cook with…) Then we drove through artists palette which was beautiful. We got to see the sun set behind the mountains.
It was a very strange place honestly. You could visit completely different terrains and some didn’t seem to fit there lol plus the little towns are literal ghost towns… The whole place gave me the heebie jeebies. Would definitely recommend going when it’s not 121 degrees out. There was literally a sign that said it was so hot out that it would melt your sandals. 😂😅
